This week's prompt is.......
RECOMMEND A BOOK THAT I'VE READ THIS YEAR!
This one is hard because I have read a TON of good books this year! But I have to choose one, so here goes.....
This is a fairy tale re-telling that blew me away! It was definitely based on the Grimm version of fairy tales and not the Disney versions. The story was all at once fun, scary, engaging and disturbing. There is also a lot to think about as far as how much of your life is yours to control and how much is destined. But it is not a book for the faint of heart! I don't get to recommend this one a lot because it doesn't always fit onto particular lists or into a particular category, but I loved it!

Love the look of the book you've chosen - both the cover and the blurb look awesome! My favourite book of this year has to be The Storyteller by Antonia Michaelis. :)
